B.'S BURRITO'S | |
1 1/2-2 lb. stew beef Flour 1 lg. can or jar salsa 1 can beef broth 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 sm. can diced chilies 2 tbsp. oil 1 lg. can refried beans 1 pkg. meg. leg. flour tortillas 2 c. shredded Cheddar & Jack cheese combined 1/2 c. green onions, chopped Sour cream Heat oil in pan. Coat meat with flour and brown in oil; cover meat with water. Add beef broth; bring to boil. Turn down heat, simmer covered 1 hour. Add onions, chilies and salsa. Cook 1/2 hour or until meat falls apart with fork. Gravy should be syrupy. Heat beans in saucepan. Preheat flour tortillas. Add tablespoon of beans in center use slotted spoon, set meat or beans. Add little gravy, overlap sides. Top with cheese spoon gravy on top. Add sour cream. Sprinkle green onion on top. Enjoy! |
