OAT - MEAL RAISIN COOKIES 
1 3/4 c. uncooked quick-cooking oats
1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. each baking soda and soda
1/4 tsp. each ground cloves and all-spice
1/2 c. butter at room temperature
3/4 c. sugar
1 lg. egg
1/3 c. milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix oats, flour, raisins, walnuts, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, cloves, and all-spice. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Stir in oatmeal mixture alternately with milk until blended. Drop heaping tablespoon of dough 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to rack to cool. Store in air-tight container. Makes 26.
