CAJUN PORK ROAST 
3/4 c. minced garlic
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. Tiger Sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. A-1 Steak Sauce
2 1/2 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tbsp. McCormick Season All
1 (5-6 lb.) boneless pork roast

Combine garlic, onion, sauces, mustard and Season All. With a sharp knife, pierce about 8 or 10 small slits on each side of roast. Using hands, work mixture into the roast. Then rub remaining mixture on outside of roast. Cook on outdoor grill over indirect heat to internal temperature of 170 degrees or in 350 degree oven for 3 hours.
