2 med. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. oil or butter
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

In skillet, saute onions in oil or butter. Combine with hash browns, soup, sour cream and cheese. Spread in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
