1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. applesauce
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves

Cream butter, egg and sugar. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Fill greased muffin pans 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
