OATMEAL PIE 
2/3 c. quick oatmeal
3 lg. eggs, well beaten
2/3 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soft butter
2/3 c. coconut
1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. pecan nuts
1 unbaked pie shell

Blend white and brown sugar together with butter. Beat in eggs and milk. Stir in oatmeal, coconut, pecan nuts and pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in 325 degree oven until done. Serve hot or cold.
