OATMEAL PIE 
4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. maple flavoring
1/4 c. dark Karo syrup
1/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1 unbaked pie crust

Combine eggs, sugar, butter, milk, flour, flavorings and syrup; beat well. Blend in oatmeal, pecans and coconut. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
