8 c. water 6 to 8 fresh carrots, chopped 3 stalks celery, chopped 1 lg. onion, chopped 1/2 sm. cabbage, shredded 2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 5 bouillon cubes (beef or chicken) 1 tbsp. parsley 1 lg. can V-8 or tomato juice Combine all in soup pot. Cook fast for 1 hour. |
