MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange slices, do not drain
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients. Mix for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured pan, three 9 inch round or a 9 x 13 inch. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. When cool frost with.

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Frost and keep in refrigerator.
