BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
1 box powdered sugar
5 bananas
1 stick butter, melted at room temperature
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, melted at room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. containers Cool Whip
Pinch of salt
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 jar cherries
Pecans, as desired

Beat butter, cream cheese, egg, vanilla and salt. Add powdered sugar slowly. Beat for 10 to 15 minutes.

CRUST:

2 c. graham crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together. Press into large loaf pan. Pour mixture over crust. Slice 5 bananas lengthwise. Add pineapple on top of mixture. Add bananas, pecans. Spread Cool Whip on top. Add cherries and pecans if wanted. Keep refrigerated.
