HOT TOPPINGS 
1 onion, diced
1 lb sliced mushrooms
4 Texas Pete's hot peppers
3 splashes Texas Pete's juice
2 teaspoons or more butter

In a large frying pan, melt butter. Brown mushrooms, stirring frequently. Add diced onion and continue to saute until browned, stirring frequently. Add diced peppers and season to taste with hot sauce.

Serve on burgers before adding cheese. Also good on hot dogs, chicken, etc.

Refrigerate leftovers.
