MEXICAN MEAT LOAF 
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped chilies
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped & drained
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 slices Monterey Jack cheese

Mix all items, except cheese, together and put into a microwave bundt pan. Cover with wax paper and microwave for 14 minutes. Top with sliced cheese and microwave 45 to 60 seconds. Microwave on HIGH. Let stand for 10 minutes.

NOTE: Can use a glass inverted in a round glass dish if you don't have a bundt pan.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
