MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, deboned
1 lg. pkg. nacho cheese Doritos
1 lg. can chopped green chilies
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Velveeta cheese, shredded
2 c. chicken broth
Seasonings

Crush Doritos and put a layer in casserole dish, add a layer of chicken. In a saucepan, heat soups, broth and green chilies. When hot, pour over chicken layer, cover with cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 450 degrees until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.
