CHICKEN DELIGHT RECIPE 
3 whole chicken breasts, cooked & skinned
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. cream of chicken soup
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. mushrooms, fresh
Salt & pepper to taste
Wine to taste

Cut chicken into pieces. Boil chicken broth to 2 cups. In a large baking dish place chicken. In a saucepan saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter, stir in broth. Add remaining ingredients except wine, crumbs and mushrooms. Cook until mixture boils. Pour part of the sauce mixture over chicken. Put mushrooms on top and add more sauce. Dot with butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Add bread crumbs and wine. Then put back in the oven for 10 minutes. Yield: Serves 20.
