AUTUMN PUMPKIN PIE 
pastry for 9-inch 1 crust pie
1 3/4 c. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sweetened milk (Eagle Brand)
1 egg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. hot water

Mix together pumpkin, milk, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and hot water. Pour into pastry lined pie pan.

Bake at 375°F for 50 to 55 minutes.
