SUGAR FREE PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 (9") pie shell, unbaked 2/3 c. brown Sugar Twin 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/8 tsp. ginger 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 3 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. milk Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine brown Sugar Twin and spices. Blend in pumpkin, eggs and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 400 degrees and bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Yield: 8 servings, 260 calories per serving. |
