FAGIOLI CON TONNO 
1 (No. 2) can white or red kidney beans
2 tbsp. olive or salad oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can solid pack tuna
Thin slices red onion

1. In bowl combine drained beans, oil, lemon juice, peppers, salt.

2. Add tuna, drained and broken into chunks. Toss lightly; refrigerate until served.

3. Garnish with onion slices.
