FRENCH TOAST 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
Sprinkle of salt
Sprinkle nutmeg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat eggs and sugar together with fork. Stir in salt, nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon until well mixed. Stir as you add milk. Quickly dip bread slices into milk mixture and brown on lightly buttered hot griddle, skillet.
