SQUASH MEDLEY 
2 slices bacon, diced
1 med. onion, chopped
3 med. yellow squash, 1/4 inch slices
2 med. size tomatoes, cut in eighths, or 1 c.
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. sugar

Fry bacon in large skillet until crisp. Add onion, squash and tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes. Stirring several times. Serves 5-6.
