FRUIT COCKTAIL COOKIES 
Cream together:

1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar

Add:

3 beaten eggs

Sift together:

4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Slowly add flour mixture to creamed mixture.

Add:

2 c. drained fruit cocktail (1 can)
1 c. pecans (optional)
1 c. raisins (optional)

Drop by teaspoon full onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Ice with powdered sugar icing.
