1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream (optional)
3 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. butter

Heat sugar and vinegar together. Mix the flour, mustard and eggs together. Add the heated vinegar and sugar to this mixture. Put in the top of double boiler and cook until thick. Add butter. You can add cream to this but is best to add Miracle Whip or any salad dressing. This homemade salad dressing helps to spice up your potato salad. Makes 2 to 2 1/2 cups.
