JOANNE'S CHICKEN 
Chicken cutlets
1/3 c. white wine
Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. lime juice
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic
5 to 6 slices bacon
Peppers
Onions
Tomatoes
Mushroom s
Mozzarella cheese

Cut cutlets into small strips. Marinate in white wine sauce, lime juice, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and garlic, at least one hour. Fry bacon in pan, remove. Saute peppers, onions and mushrooms. Remove. Cook chicken in bacon grease. Add vegetable and crumbled bacon. Top with slices of fresh tomatoes and cover with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Cover pan and cook until cheese melts.
