CRAB SHALLOW | |
4 lg. (30 oz.) cans tomato sauce 2 lg. (30 oz.) cans water 2 onions 2 bell peppers 2 bay leaves Garlic Salt and pepper 1 tsp. sugar 2 or 3 doz. crabs, cleaned (left in shell) Saute bell pepper, onions and garlic. Add tomato sauce, water and seasoning in a large pot. Mix all ingredients together and let simmer on low for about 30 minutes. Then add crabs. Let simmer about 20 minutes more. Serve with Cuban bread. You can use French bread or put on top of spaghetti. Enjoy. |
