FRIED CRABS 
2 lbs. crabs
1 tbsp. ginger, powdered
1 tbsp. onion, cut
3 tbsp. tomato sauce
4 tbsp. chili sauce
2-3 spoons lime juice
Corn flour to thicken
2-3 eggs
Spring onions
Cucumbers
Lettuce leaves
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Corn flour and 3 tbsp. water, mixed
4 tbsp. oil

Fry garlic in oil until it is fragrant. Add onion and ginger paste and fry until fragrance comes out. Then add tomatoes and chili sauce, soy sauce and sugar and put crabs into the mixture. Cook for 15 minutes with 1/4 cup water on medium heat. Then add beaten eggs, lime juice, spring onions, cucumbers, with soy sauce (that is mixture of corn flour, sugar and soy sauce) and cook it for 1-2 minutes. Remove form heat. You can eat crabs with toasted bread or rice or can use prawns in place of crabs.
