RHUBARB GELATIN | |
2 lb. rhubarb, coarsely chopped 4 c. water 1 c. sugar 2 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello Place rhubarb and water in heavy saucepan. Simmer, covered until tender. Add sugar; simmer 7 minutes longer. Dissolve gelatin in mixture. Chill until firm. Yield: 12 servings. |
