1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. cold water
3 lg. eggs
Grated rind of 1 lemon

Mix all together. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. (The center usually falls but is just as good.) Pour glaze on cake while hot.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together and spread on cake soon as comes out of oven.
