RICE PUDDING 
Use 2 1/2 quart baking dish.

1/2 c. rice (same as 2 cups after cooked)
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 well beaten eggs
1 qt. milk
1/2 tsp. salt - cook with rice
1/2 c. or more (if desired) raisins (cook raisins in rice, they will be
nice and soft)
1 tbsp. cornstarch - mixed into rice before putting in milk (as to not lump
up)

Sprinkle on top of rice pudding "nutmeg" and bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
