RICE AND VEGETABLE BAKE 
2 c. cooked white rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped tomatoes
9 oz. pkg. frozen cut green beans, cooked and drained
8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. basil
1 c. soft bread crumbs

Combine rice, salt, and pepper in bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine tomatoes, beans, onion, basil, and Cheese Whiz; spoon over rice. Top with bread crumbs stirred in butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6-8.
