TOMATO SALAD 
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
4 tomatoes, cut into chunks

DRESSING:

1 pt. salad oil
2 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. paprika
14 oz. ketchup
2 lg. grated onions
1 clove garlic (optional)
Juice of 2 lemons or 4 tsp. Realemon

Mix all ingredients, adding the oil slowly and the very last and beat well with the electric mixer. Can be stored in refrigerator for a couple of weeks. Shake before using. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and add dressing. Mix well. Best if let set in refrigerator for several hours.
