CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 lg. orange
1 med. banana
4 c. torn mixed salad greens
12 oz. cooked chicken, cubed (2 c.)
1/2 of 8 oz. can (1/2 c.) jellied cranberry sauce, chilled & cut in 1/2" cubes
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. salted peanuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 of 8 oz. carton (1/2 c.) orange yogurt
1/2 - 1 tsp. curry powder

Section orange over bowl to catch juice. Slice banana and dip in reserved orange juice. Place salad greens in large salad bowl. Arrange orange sections, banana, chicken, cranberry cubes, raisins and peanuts atop salad greens. Chill. To make dressing, combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, yogurt and curry powder; chill. Pass dressing with salad. Makes 4 servings.
