HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork shoulder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. tomato juice
2/3 c. milk

Mix above ingredients together. Bake in 2 small loaf pans for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. dry mustard

Bring to a boil. Pour over ham loaves before baking.
