BAKED HERB POTATOES 
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried basil or thyme leaves, crumbled
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 lg. baking potatoes (10 oz. each), scrubbed
2 tsp. each lemon juice and melted butter, mixed

Mix Parmesan cheese, basil, and pepper. Halve potatoes lengthwise. Brush cut surfaces with lemon-butter mixture; then dip into cheese mixture. Place coated side down in a spoke pattern on a glass pie plate. Microwave on high 14-16 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn once until potatoes are tender and edges lightly browned. Let stand 2 minutes. Makes 4 side dish servings. (109 calories per serving.)
