CHARCOAL GRILLED FISH 
1 to 2 lbs. fish fillets or steaks
1/3 c. lime juice
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. beer
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 sm. jar Hot salsa (or your taste)
Salt and pepper to taste

To make marinade, combine lime juice, 3 cloves chopped garlic, oil, beer and parsley. Marinate fish 1 hour. Start grill. Grill fish 4 to 5 minutes per side, basting with marinade. Top with salsa and serve.
