2 pkgs. crescent dinner rolls
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix together and spread over first package of crescent rolls making up bottom crust. Put other package of rolls on top of spread, making up top crust.

TOPPING: Beat up remaining egg white and spread on top of roll topping. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or nuts, etc. Bake in 9"x13" pan at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until brown.
