PEACH STRUDEL 
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, do not drain
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (2 layer) pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1 c. nuts, chopped

Place peaches and juice, into which the vanilla extract has been stirred, in the bottom of a greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Cut up peaches if large. Cut the butter into the cake mix until mixture is crumbly. Spread this over the peaches and juice, and top with the nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream. Serves 12.
