1 clove garlic, minced 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 c. tomato juice 1/2 tsp. black pepper 2 tbsp. seasoned salt 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 lb. ground chuck 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet In large skillet over medium heat, saute garlic in oil until it begins to brown. Add onion and saute until soft. Add meat, stirring constantly with a fork to keep it crumbly. When meat is brown, add all remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until dry about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over hamburger buns. Makes enough for 4 sandwiches. |
