BRAISED POTATOES 
1 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chicken bouillon
Salt and pepper

In 10 inch pie plate, combine potatoes and onion. Dot with butter and pour chicken bouillon over. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave at high 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring halfway through. Set aside until just before serving. To reheat, cover and microwave at high 2 minutes or until heated through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
