1 yellow cake mix (pudding not included)
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 lg. cream cheese
1 c. (about 3/4 lg. can) crushed pineapple, drained
Cool Whip
Chopped nuts (optional)

Prepare cake mix as directed. Bake on jelly roll pan 20 minutes in 12x18 inch sheet; cool. Cook pudding, cool. Add 1 large cream cheese, softened; mix well. Add 1 cup drained, crushed pineapple. Spread this mixture over cool cake. Set for 1 hour in refrigerator. Spread Cool Whip over cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
