ICEBOX PICKLES 
7 c. sliced cucumbers with peeling

Use small cucumbers. Soak 2 hours in lots of salt. Rinse with cold water several times. 1 tbsp. salt 1 c. white vinegar 1 tbsp. dill or mustard seed 1 green pepper, cut small 2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. celery seed

Mix all ingredients and put in a jar with a cover. Use all of the juice.

Refrigerate. Best after standing at least one week.
