1/2 c. half and half
3-4 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 bunches leaf lettuce, torn into bite size pieces

Mix half and half, vinegar, sugar and salt in salad bowl. Add lettuce; toss. Makes 5-6 servings.
