SOUR LETTUCE 
1 lg. head lettuce
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. sugar

Wash and break lettuce into bite size pieces. Add onion to lettuce and sprinkle sugar over top. Set aside.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix well. Pour dressing over lettuce; top with crumbled bacon and sliced boiled eggs. Refrigerate until ready to serve then mix until everything is coated with dressing. (Various fresh greens can be added with lettuce if desired.)
