COMPANY CHICKEN 
3-4 lb. skinned chicken
Garlic salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 env. dry onion soup/mushroom soup mix
1 c. sour cream

Place skinned chicken in single layer in 9 x 13 pan. Lightly salt with garlic salt.

Mix soups, dry soup and sour cream in bowl. Pour over skinned chicken covering completely. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 hours.

Extra mushrooms can also be added. Company chicken makes it own gravy.
