STRAWBERRY FLAN SUPREME 
1 (7.2 oz.) pkg. fluffy white frosting mix
1 c. chilled whipping cream
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. pie crust mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
Mint sprigs

Mix frosting mix, whipping cream, and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 4 cup Flan pan. Beat pie crust mix, sugar, milk, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally 2 minutes; pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Invert on wire rack; remove from pan. Cool completely.

Stir frosting mixture; beat until stiff. Reserve 1/2 cup of the strawberries; fold remaining strawberries into frosting mixture. Spread in flan shell. Garnish with reserved strawberries and the mint sprigs.
