MOM'S CHICKEN 'N STUFFING
CASSEROLE
 
4 boned chicken breasts (halved, or cut into pieces)
8 to 12 slices Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sherry wine
1/2 c. cream
1/2 (15 oz.) pkg. of seasoned stuffing
1 c. melted butter

Place chicken breasts in rectangular flat baking dish. Top chicken breasts with cheese slices. Mix cream of chicken soup, wine and cream together and pour over slices. Sprinkle stuffing over the top. Melt butter and pour over dried stuffing mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Holds well in warm oven.
