CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. chicken breasts, boneless 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 pt. sour cream 1 stick butter 1 box cornbread Stove Top stuffing 1 can chicken broth Cut chicken breasts into cubes and saute. Set aside. Melt butter in saucepan and add all contents of Stove Top stuffing box. Mix well. Place 1/2 of this stuffing mixture in bottom of 9 x 9 inch pan. Top with sauteed chicken cubes. Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup together. Pour on top of chicken. Top with remaining stuffing mixture. Refrigerate. Before baking, pour 1 can chicken broth over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly. Freezes well. |
