SWEET POTATOES 
1 (15 oz.) can dry pack sweet potatoes, drain (larger can okay)
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs
Dash cinnamon
1 c. canned milk
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix all together in a casserole, mashing sweet potatoes, cream and mix well over low heat until warm. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 400 degree oven.

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed corn flakes or similar cereal
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick butter

Cream all in blender. Put on top of the sweet potato mixture and bake another 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
