PUMPKIN PIE 
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin or fresh
2 tbsp. molasses
5/8 c. evaporated milk diluted with 5/8 c. water

Beat eggs thoroughly. Add sugar mixed with flour, salt and pepper. Add pumpkin, molasses and milk. Stir until well blended. Line deep pie pan with pastry. Pour in pumpkin mixture. Then bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes or until firm. Test with knife.
