CLASSIC FRENCH TOAST 
1 egg
1 tsp. water
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon
2 slices reduced calorie bread
1 tsp. butter

In shallow bowl beat egg with water, vanilla, and dash cinnamon; add bread and let soak, turning a couple of times to absorb all of the egg mixture. In small skillet (nonstick) heat butter until bubbly and hot; add bread and cook until bottom is browned. Turn bread over and brown other side. To serve, sprinkle toast with dash cinnamon.
