SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach, washed and drained
1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts, chilled & drained
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
8 slices bacon, diced, fried & drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine spinach, bean sprouts, eggs, and bacon in salad bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix remaining ingredients together and shake well for dressing. Make the dressing ahead and chill to blend the flavors. At serving time sprinkle about 1/2 the dressing over the spinach and toss to mix. Chill remaining dressing to use another time or on any green salad. Serves 8 to 10.
