SIMPLE FRUIT SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can drained pineapple chunks - reserve juice
1 lg. can drained mandarin oranges - reserve juice
1 sm. jar cherries (rinse in cold water and drain)
4 lg. bananas
1 box regular vanilla pudding

Measure orange juice and enough pineapple juice to make 1 cup juice. Boil this with vanilla pudding until thick. Cool and pour over fruit. Refrigerate and add bananas at the last minute.
